Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the wheelchair or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Attach the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for heavy-duty motorized units.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
